Grocery Manager and Grocery Manager Cases as of

During the period 1998 through 2005, we and our co-counsel at Rudy,
Exelrod & Zieff and at Leonard Carder litigated four wage and hour class
actions and Business and Professions Code section 17200 representative
actions against Food 4 Less on behalf of four classes of its employees:
Produce Managers, Meat Managers, Assistant Grocery Managers and Grocery
Managers. All four of those cases were settled with substantial
payments made to Class Members for unpaid overtime, waiting-time
penalties and interest. |
