William E. Faith:   Bill Faith was born in Nebraska and moved to California in 1937.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in 1941 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1949.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1950.  Bill Faith concentrates his legal practice in probate, wills and trusts, estate planning, and conservatorships.

Bill Faith was a founder of Granite State Bank and served as a Director of the Board from 1984 until the bank was acquired by Citizens Business Bank in 2005.  He is an active member and past president of the Monrovia Rotary Club, has served on the Board of Westminster Gardens for over 25 years, and is a member and elder of the Monrovia Presbyterian Church.    Bill Faith's e-mail address is bfaith@pfslaw.com.    Home

Jules Sandford:    Jules Sandford was born in New York and moved to California in 1946 after serving in the Navy aboard the USS Topeka.   He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1950 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1960.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1961.  Jules Sandford concentrates his legal practice in litigation and business and corporate transactions.  His practice includes business litigation, real property litigation, will contests, Marvin actions, representing employees in wage and hour violations class actions, and Business and Professions Code section 17200 public interest actions.   He has also prosecuted and defended many appeals including the following that resulted in published opinions:   In re the Marriage of Stratton (1975) 46 Cal.App.3d 173; Estate of Collins (1968) 268 Cal.App.2d 86; and Hainey v. Narigon (1966) 247 Cal.App.2d 528.

Jules Sandford was a founder (with his friends, Ziegfred and Wendie Young whom the Sandfords met during a trip to China in the early 1980's), and is the former president and Chairman of the Board of Orioxi International, a clothing manufacturing and import company with manufacturing facilities in mainland China and El Salvador. Eric Faith:   Eric Faith was born in California.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in 1966 and a Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California in Berkeley in 1969.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1970.  Eric Faith is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, and concentrates his legal practice in family law.  His family law practice includes dissolutions, legal separations, annulments, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, property valuations and distribution of community, separate and quasi-community property, paternity actions, and adoptions.

Kevin Welch:   Kevin Welch was born in Pasadena, California.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine in 1973.  Kevin Welch earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1976.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.  Kevin concentrates his legal practice in commercial areas, specializing in business formation and estate planning.  His focus includes preparation of family trusts and other special purpose trusts relating to estate planning; organization of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as documenting commercial transactions such as business purchase and sale agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and real property leasing, financing and development, automobile dealership agreements, and Disposition and Development Agreements.  In addition, Kevin Welch handles commercial litigation in state and federal courts.  Kevin Welch's e-mail address is kwelch@pfslaw.com.    Home

Lorraine grindstaff:   Lorraine grindstaff was born in Pasadena, California.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from California State University at Los Angeles in 1978 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1983.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.  Lorraine grindstaff concentrates her legal practice in employment litigation and appellate law.  She represents employees in wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination cases, and in wage and hour violations class actions.  Lorraine grindstaff has also prosecuted and defended a number of appeals, three of which resulted in published opinions:  Rojo v. Kliger (1990) 52 Cal.3d 65; Ensworth v.
